Hi prayer team,
Prayer needs:
1. Our NGL board meeting is this Friday night. Keep that in your prayers as we review the Men’s Retreat we had last month.
2. Pray for the group of NGL guys who will be going down to Mobile to work on the camp where we stay at Mardi Gras. They will be leaving October 31 and returning about the next Friday.
3. We have the messages that were given at the Men’s Retreat on line now at our Website. Pray that NGL men will look them up and be moved by them. Those messages were given by Shane Bishop, Troy Benitone, Mark Jordan and myself.
4. My wife, Jan is still improving and I thank you for your continued prayers for her.
5. My back went out and it is improving slowly. I just have trouble getting to my feet after sitting.
6. Betty Braswell, who has a ministry in Honduras, will be going to the Doctor this Wednesday to see if the Doctor will OK her to go to Honduras next month. Please pray for the Lord’s will to be done in that.
7. Pray for Jerry and Kim Johnson as they prepare to go to Honduras with Betty to see about the possibility of them accepting more leadership in her ministry.
8. Pray for Roger Lipe as he left for Cuba today. Pray for the Lord to open the doors needed to do the work there.

Weekly Prayer Request, October 13, 2010
Hi prayer team,
Things are moving along and here are our prayer needs:
1. Troy Benitone is arranging a team to go down to Mobile, AL on October 31st to do some work on the camp where our Mobile group stays at Mardi Gras. Pray that the workers sign up, the work gets done and the camp director is satisfied
2. Our NGL Retreat went great. We had speakers cover in detail the basic elements of our ministry using "Prayer, Study, Fellowship and Witness." Those messages were taped and now we have them on our Website. We will send out an e-mail about that so everyone can get up to speed on where we are as a ministry. Pray for this project.
3. The Bible class I am doing is going well. Thanks for your prayers for that. I am teaching the basic things I think are important so a person can get things out of the Bible for himself.
4. I had my back go out this past Friday and I have trouble getting up from sitting or laying down. I would appreciate your prayers.
