Hello Great Men of God!!!!!!
It’s time to get it together for our Annual Fall Kick Off! Friday, Sept. 28-Saturday, Sept. 29! Our theme for the Kick Off will be “LEGACY.” We will have some great testimonies in this direction. Jim Murphy is coming all the way from Wyoming. If you haven’t heard his stories, it will be worth the trip. I love to hear Jim tell his Possum tale and his Coon Dog Parade tale.
All of us have people in our lives that have helped guide our lives and we need to work on how to better guide in the lives of those coming after us. We are seeing too many good men fall by the wayside. We are going to work with the book “De-Railed” on Saturday. We all know good men who have derailed. Whether the train came off the track vocationally, financially or relationally; the crash is mighty!!! The crash can be averted. Find out how to stay on track Saturday morning!!! This will be a time for us to get aside and get “tuned up.” Then we will be in better shape to help in the lives of others.
I want to encourage you to come and bring every man you can to enjoy our time of Reunion and Fellowship as we “hear, see and experience God together in each other.” Troy Benitone and his team will barbeque a whole hog for us to enjoy on Saturday.
We will start our Golf Scramble at 10 am on Friday September 28th at Pine Lakes Golf Course 2705 South Park Avenue, Herrin, IL. Registration for the Scramble will begin at 9 a.m.
Our Kick Off will start at 7 PM at Community of Faith Church 5208 Meadowland Parkway, Marion, IL on Friday night and will end Saturday about 3 pm. Registration for the Kick Off will from 5:00-6:30 p.m.
